As Mum was spending her Mothers Day down in Cheltenham with my brother she came round to my house on Saturday for a Chinese takeaway, and very nice it was too. This meant me and the carer were free on Sunday evening when we were invited to join her sister and family for a meal at the Harvester pub in Wychbold. - The Mitre Oak

I was trying to decide whether to write this entry and then I got an email from mum which said: “Why haven’t you written up our exciting lunch on Sunday? I told everyone how super it was to walk in alongside you and at the same height too.” So, here we go … - A garden centre

Today me and the carer went to Webbs of Wychbold, a huge garden shop that sells much more than just flowers and water features, but our main reason for going was the branch of HobbyCraft that resides inside. - Timmargh’s mini adventures

Me and the carer nipped to Sainsburys on Friday night to do a spot of grocery shopping. I bought myself a new top and one of those eye-mask-things you get on long-haul flights — more on that in a moment. I also played silly buggers taking “amusing” pictures of myself as I trundled around the store … - “Here come the fuzz!”

Breaking news: I actually ventured into the outside world today and went shopping! I am currently recovering from my ordeal with a good cup of coffee to drink and a cocker spaniel to stroke.
