A post by Murphy detailing how he sometimes uses my tip on putting your Mac to sleep by sending a text message has been picked up by a few higher-profile-than-mine sites, e.g. Infinite Loop, macosxhints.com, The Unofficial Apple Weblog etc.
When I first saw these posts popping up I thought “Hey! That’s my idea!” and got ready to say so on every site it was featured. But then I thought “Nah. Murphy’s given me proper credit and besides, I don’t think my host’s servers can take another pounding like when I originally posted the tip!”
So I went and put the kettle on instead, metaphorically speaking.
